Am I clumsy? That much?

I've heard that most autistic people have dispraxia and similar conditions. And even if I'm searching info I don't know if this can be my case.

For some context, I was diagnosed a year ago. So I don't know what parts of myself/behaviours are linked to autism and which ones to my personality.

But I've always had a superpower to break everything I touch. I could just be that, but I'm a terrible dancer an move like a robot. At first I thought it could be due to being to shy to move comfortably around people. But then I also remembered how many times I accidentally dropped things. i even dropped my friends birthday present that was a VINIL! And the worst part is that I am holding them normally and suddenly they slip from my hands. Excuse me, I HAD MY HAND AROUND THE BAG'S HANDLE. I was like if my hand automatically opened without me noticing.

Does anybody have an explanation? Or am I really clumsy?

Oh, and I almost forget, I bump into everything. I bumped into the corner of a wall and seconds later the table. It's and every day thing.
