2v8 even more unbalanced?

Why did they think giving survivors items ontop of the list of stuff they get was a good idea? There was literally no need to even buff them even more in a gamemode where killer was already struggling.

Plus there is no reason to even attempt to do the salt piles unless you already have an insane amount of pressure, which completely nullifies the reason for its existence, which was to help slow gen speeds by providing a secondary objective for survivors to do
