Need Help Composing a Nutritionally Balanced (more or less), Shelf-Stable, Quick to Prep Hot Cereal

Discussion

Hey guys, so I'm trying to be more health conscious about my breakfast (considering Cinnamon Toast Crunch every day is probably not the healthiest) so I tried to put together a well-rounded cereal bin where I can just scoop a half or whole cup, heat some milk, and put the two together. Now to do this, I did initially use AI to help, but I feel like I really need some human input so I'm starting from scratch. What I have right now is old-fashioned oats, peanut butter powder, freeze-dried strawberries and bananas, yogurt-covered raisins (big mistake, forgot that yogurt melts in hot milk), chia seeds, honey-roasted peanuts, and cinnamon powder.

Any ideas to add or remove anything to make this more well-rounded? I have no restrictions but I will not add protein or whey powder
