Artifact protections apply to both helmet slots and torso slots

GSC Confirmed this on discord via their ask channel. There was some confusion over how artifact protections work with both armor values.

What this means is say you have a separate helmet and torso armor setup (like Sunrise + m20 sphere helmet). The sunrise torso has three bars of physical protection. The m20 sphere has 4. In this example. Then you equip the compass artifact that adds 1 bar. This means your torso physical protection is now 4 bars while your helmet physical protection is 5 bars.
