[PJO] Are Demigod children born from rape?

Let's take Poseidon and Sally Jackson for example

An argument could be made that Poseidon raped Sally. I don't remember if she knew that Poseidon was a god or he told her after she got pregnant with Percy but the result is the same.

A) He told her from the beginning what he was and if you know Greek mythology even a little you can't say no to Greek gods also he is way more powerful then her (literally a supernatural being with magic powers) who knows what he could have done to her had she said no.

B) He didn't tell her aka lied about his identity then he slept with her under false pretenses so Sally couldn't make a choice/give consent. aka even it's A or B an argument could be made that Sally can't consent
