At least take us out to dinner first

It is clear that even though they passively acknowledged role imbalance with the sheer amount of dps characters compared to vanguard and strategist characters, they aren't really doing much to actually change that. If they wanna add dps characters, fine, but at least give us some sort of karma system in quickplay.

You play tank a lot? You play support a lot? You can swap depending on whats needed? You get put with other people who do the same, who want a balanced team. You instalock dps every game and dont play much else? You get put with others who do the same. Most people who instalock dps don't care for a balanced team, they just want to relax after work with some spiderman gameplay. There's nothing wrong with that, but I shouldn't HAVE to play ranked to get a team that cares about having 2 healers.
