Alright now that the fair is over: how are we recreating the Vietnamese iced coffee at home?

I’ve been beating my over caffeinated head against a wall trying to reverse engineer the ratio of water to coffee to condensed milk used in Que Viet’s iced coffee. Right now the closest I’ve gotten is 16g of Cafe du Monde, 160 mL of water, and 2 Tbsp of condensed milk brewed over ice with a phin, but it’s simultaneously too strong while being roughly the right sweetness. I also tried a cold brew approach which got a bit closer, but it still feels a bit too coffee forward.

Has anyone figured out a ratio that’s closer?
