Admission chances at University of Warsaw (bachelors in Business) with a BTEC Level 3 Diploma (D*D*) and 8.0 IELTS?

Hey everyone, I am an international student applying for the English-taught Bachelor in Business and Management program at the University of Warsaw.

My qualification is a Pearson BTEC International Level 3 Diploma in Business (720 GLH). My final overall grade is a Double Grade Distinction Distinction (D*D*)**. I also have an 8.0 overall in the Academic IELTS.

My transcript consists of 9 modules, and I achieved a straight DISTINCTION in every single one: Exploring Business (90 GLH), Research and Plan a Marketing Campaign (90 GLH), Business Finance (90 GLH), Managing an Event (90 GLH), Business Decision Making (120 GLH), Human Resources (60 GLH), Recording Financial Transactions (60 GLH), Digital Marketing (60 GLH), and Market Research (60 GLH).

Since BTECs are modular and vocational, I have a few questions:

How does the Faculty of Management convert the BTEC Diploma into the IRK admission points? Does a D*D* securely hit the maximum threshold?

Since my math background is through Business Finance and Recording Financial Transactions rather than a standalone math exam, will UW require me to sit for their internal online Math entrance test? If so, how hard is it?

I’ll be applying through an agency for October 2027 intake and currently we will start the NAWA process.
