Help, my codice fiscale is wrong. should I still submit my PdS

It’s been a long day and I’m about to panic. I got my Kit per Permesso di Soggiorno and I went to a CAF to be sure I fill it out correctly as per people’s advice and now I have an entirely new dilemma and I feel stuck.

During my CAF appointment, they found that my codice fiscale has a typo in my date of birth which meant that my codice fiscale is wrong. They only accidentally swapped the numbers around on the day and the month and year as correct.

All bookings for any appointment for codice fiscale across Milan is outside my time limit and I am panicking.

What should I do? Should I still submit it? I am living bureaucratic nightmare.
