Ninja needs a buff

So I've gotten all achievements and only have a few characters who still need gold relics for tier 3. Across all of the tiers the only character I've genuinely struggled to have success with is Ninjadude. He doesn't achieve high DPS even with a full relic load-out. He doesn't do anything to support the team other than a little attack speed if conditions are met. He starts with evasion but none of his abilities benefit or proc from evading. He doesn't have a death survival relic like most of the dudes in his category.

I really love this game (165 hours so far) but Ninjadude is glaringly underpowered compared to the rest of the dudes.
