ADHDdoc Midwest First Appointment Location

Hey everybody, I've got my first appointment with ADHDdoc midwest tomorrow. However, the specific location/clinic I need to go to is not specified which is confusing as there are two listed. The appointment booking/emails I've gotten seem to be based in Annacotty, but I've seen some threads saying the first appointment is in Templemore (though they seem to be outdated as more recent ones say otherwise?).

I've tried to contact them but no luck as it's so late, any information is greatly appreciated.
