Has anyone used the PES Deepthroat slim jim (or big jim). What is the new insert design?

Hello, just trying to get some thoughts / reviews of this.

I'm interested in adding another layer to my estim and this seems like a fun one.

One big question I have: is there an issue to cumming while this is inserted?

I noticed on the product page it says the insert is just one long piece of conductive silicone now instead of the old design. Is this cause for concern? The idea of having some separation seemed interesting, but I don't know how necessary.
