First print failed on Saturn 16K

Hi all, today I’ve tried to print an action figure of Octonauts for my son. It was a total fail, many pieces was on the bottom of resin tank and the head was missing. I’ve found the .stl and resliced with the official software but the result is a mess. This is my first interaction with 3D printer please don’t blame me
