Med pay rep

I did my first interview application so I don’t know the time line of how this works. I applied on 8/26 for the med pay rep position my status still shows in process and I haven’t heard anything back on a denial or moving forward with an interview …. Is that a good or bad sign? Also if you make it to the interview how does that work? I work m-f if they schedule it during my shift do you take a specific aux or do they schedule it around my hours sorry for so many questions I’m anxious lol
