Purchased a C6 65” for $1k

I saw someone here say they were given a good deal from ABC Warehouse on a C5, so after leaving Costco and stalking their last in-store C5 (which went on sale for $999 the next day) I stopped at ABC.

The manager was ready to make a deal but his only C5 in store was a floor model 77” which is a no from me. He offered me a 55”C6 for like $1200. I told him no, and he asked what I wanted and where it needs to be, he’s closing in 15 mins and was ready to go. I told him I’m looking at a C5 at Costco and Sam’s Club which would go on sale any day now for $8-900.

He comes back with an offer for a 65” C6 for $1060 OTD. I was a bit surprised but I bought it.
