[NG+] No Black Key ?

Hello, I just started my NG+ playthrough, I just got saved by Tesla, but I was not given the Black Key at any point.

I have a completed v14 Paragon & Renegade save. I have opened the safe in the extended prologue. Eizen is here to greet me at Oceana Pier. I have checked the unidata and all of the followings are check ON:

ViewedPrologue, NewGamePlus, FinishedV14Story, FinishedV14StoryRene and OpenedPrologueSafe

I'm playing on the latest version, 14.0.22.

At this point I'm considering debugging it straight into my bag but I'm wondering if it could break any future script or event in the game. Looking for either a fix to my problem or answer to my concerns
