Neo vs Refurbished Air

I need a macbook for school within 2 months and have 2 main choices within my budget of approximately 90k-1L. This will be my first macbook.

First is the neo 8/512 for about 75k (the only thing is it doesnt have a backlit keyboard)

Or I could get a refurbished m3/m4 air from cashify with 16/256 or 16/512 (superb condition) for <90k. The listings keep coming and going so I'd have to wait for the perfect one.

I wanna be able to use the laptop comfortably for atleast 3-4 years before thinking of switching.

The neo is a good laptop but the only thing I'm wondering is if the lack of backlit keys be that big of an issue since I do like working with lights off or dim.

And is it still possible to get a new m4 air?

Does anyone have any experience with cashify macbooks?
Please advise and guide in the comments.
