Priority but still weeks passed

So I did my bio on July 27 Priority
Aug 4. Asked for additional docs and delay email.
Aug 15. I emailed them additional docs
Aug 30 invitation for an interview
Sep 7th interview passed
Now I m wondering if people are receiving their visa after the interview in couple of days
My course start date is Sep 14th I might ask them if I could attend by Sep 21st tho

Regarding interview. It was pretty chill. I was hearing people saying interviewer doesnt have any emotion and asks specific questions but in my case I was asked general questions
