101st way to keep you from travelling back...

VFS has apparently introduced this fun new feature where they randomly forget to send the "Passport - Ready for pickup" notification to both your email and phone.

Had to raise a case and wait 24 hours, only to be casually informed that it was ready long back and would be sent back to Embassy if not collected. No apologies or clarifications whatsoever. Met one other person facing the same issue at the collection centre.

Collected the passport 6 hours before my flight and made it back.

Kept my cool throughout because I'm so used to this level of unpredictability and honestly, I'm numb to these dramas.
