Does the opening to my story present my MC as polite to a fault?

I'm relatively new to writing , and have recently gotten into litRPGs while wanting to give my own spin to it. I've sorta been writing in this in a vaccum, and just wanted to make sure at least the opening actually makes sense to someone who isn't me. The beginning is a little Any on the MC's characterisation is really appreciated :)
