IdeaPad Slim 3 BIOS battery issue

I read that an Outdated BIOS can cause battery issue that my battery is not charging. It's always at "zero percent,plugged in" whenever I get that adaptor on.

Now the issue is- I am trying to update my BIOS to latest one but while rebooting it's say that my battery should be minimum 30% for reboot to start. And the battery never ever goes above 0% as I mentioned.

I have checked battery health as well, it's at 77% approx.

I have tried keeping everything. What could be the solution.
