Confused

Hello y'all im confused so ill keep it short I met this guy in reddit we chat and got along well✨!! And i can tell his genuinely interested in me regardless im just also confused because he randomly stop talking??

Which is the least i expected him to do i know i just met him online and that's not enough impression to fully know him but still from what i have seen his genuinely a nice and sweet person he just stopped chatting completely i tried to reach out more personal and all but nothing he still chats based on his account..

In the end of the day I don't really care that much given i barely knew him but it's just something that would come up to my mind so yeah feeling like saying it here🤷.
