Arranged marriage with lots of hurt/angst

Looking for a book where the fmc and mmc are in an arranged marriage for whatever reason. Fmc wants to make it work, maybe shes even in love with the mmc, but mmc is in love with someone else. I want the mmc to be indifferent or even downright mean to the fmc. He will late come to regret his treatment and then ensues a lot of hurt and angst. I want a good grovel.

Why I didnt like it: There was no grovel or even an apology and there was no satisfying conclusion.
