InOps created one queryable model of the fleet—replacing scattered spreadsheets, email threads, and ad-hoc SQL. Device inventory, floor layout, and lifecycle became trustworthy. Supported 70+ DC techs across 10K+ devices.

Capacity Burndown showed exactly how much power runway each site had left before needing to build. $1.4B+ in infrastructure investment got planned against it.
