I’m contemplating leaving home, but worried about my car title

I bought a car in march and me and my mom are on the car title. I’m the only one on the loan now since we refinanced. I’m worried what my parents can do if I do end up leaving since my car is my only form of transportation between school and work.

Is there anything my parents can if I do end up leaving and taking my car?

Also what are the laws for running away since I’m technically an adult now.
