Bike section on big boss extreme non-lethal no solar gun feels impossible (MGS4)

Been attempting this for hours already and no success. I do really well up to the part where the two humvee’s flip upside down in slowmo, and I get shredded immediately by frog soldiers that spawn afterwards. I really don’t know what to do at this part. I can be full health and my life just gets deleted.

I tried smokes, flashbangs, hiding behind Eva, or just shooting them and nothing is working.
