Region soil fertility alternative ways to keep it up?

Hi guy I been getting shafted by soil fertility this past days. every 8H or so my region fertility plummets to the negatives and I need to sit like 10 minutes spraying soil solutions. its very annoying. is there an alternative to keep that number up? or atleast a faster way to use the soil solutions
