Live Nation Press Requests Not Reflecting Applications

My editor has submitted on my behalf several times in the past year, but I haven't seen a single show appear on my portal. I get email confirmations that a submission occurred and it comes with the link to the request, but every time I click it just takes me to the submission page and not a confirmation. However, my editor and I (if we're lucky) will get approval emails the day of a show, sometimes hours before an event.

Is my editor just seeing the shows on his portal? What gives?

You'd also think with automation these days, we could get a simple status email the morning instead of waiting around in limbo. In some instances where it's a big show, I've emailed the media contact for a venue and they'll tell me when LiveNation can't be bothered.
