AIO to my best friend barely spending time with me anymore

me 26m and my best friend 24f we met online gaming 5 years ago, would spend loads of time playing games together whether competitive, co-op, survival etc; and have finished close to a 100 games together and enjoy each others company. We have a friend group that we join quite frequently just to hang out or play games together.

Somewhat recently around the middle of this year I had developed feelings for her and have been unsure how/when to tell her but around that same time i noticed that we don't spend nearly as much time together at all whether its just to talk, watch videos or play games. She would barely reach out to me for an invite and if she would reach out it would only be at night only an hour before she would go to bed and it would just be to watch videos briefly before heading off, whenever I try to initiate and ask to carry on with a game we are very close to finishing she replies with yeah i really wanna finish it, but never gives me a response when she wants to play it as she would always be too busy whenever i ask her, where her usual response is that she is too tired after her classes. I've known this about her she has terrible sleeping habits and sleep in general which does lead to her having low energy levels but its never been this much of an issue where we barely hang out. I feel like i could be overreacting and maybe i'm just noticing these things because of the new feelings ive developed for her and I am over analysing all of her signals, but it also worries me that my best friend is pulling away from me and doesn't want to hang out with me anymore.
