Sensory issues worsening after starting high school

🎧 Sensory Issues

Hi, I am looking for advice on how to ease the sensory issues and reduce their frequency.

Issue desc.: I started high school 3 weeks ago and my sensory sensitivity and ability to work became much worse. Almost every day I get too irritated by noice/structure/silence/and something I don't understand yet that i want to harm things and it becomes very difficult for me to work. It happened few times that it became very difficult for me to read text. When I feel somehow uncomfortable with spacial positioning it becomes very difficult to communicate in any way.

Teachers allow everyone to use noise-cancelling, are not against changing spacial positioning if it's not necessary and some allow changing rooms for individual work. Even so I still struggle and feel too tired after school.
Add. context: I have a fixed sleep schedule, my medication is alright and I don't have much stress at home. I don't eat regularily but I have never noticed a correlation with it and irritability.

Are there things that i should be wary of? Any tips on what to do or will this pass as i get more used to high school?
