Premium cancellation fee after moving abroad

Hey everyone,
I'm moving from Switzerland to Germany in less than 2 months and need to convert my savings from CHF to EUR. Revolut Premium seems to be the cheapest option by far (except for IBKR, but I'm not sure if that's a good idea...) even with potential termination fees.
The chatbot claimed that the early termination fee for premium would be waived if I reach out to support when closing the account due to moving abroad.

1. Can I actually trust the bot on this or will they still hit me with fees?
2. I already have a physical debit card. If I upgrade to Premium now and don't order a new card, will they still try to charge me for card fees when closing the account?
   Has anyone done this recently? Thanks!
