First time with a real car

I was playing car simulators for good few years im 18 now and i was very confident about driving exam i will have in few months until my mom asked me to move the car on driveway about 20 meters and i stalled 3 times. It feels completely different is it bad for a person that never even sat in car as driver. It makes me more nervous about the exam
