Greetings! I recently started working with Hekate on August 21, and I wanted to ask about something that has been confusing me.

Long before working with her, several people independently told me they perceived some kind of dark presence around me. My Catholic psychic aunt believes it has been around since birth, my best friend has sensed a dark/black energy, and another psychic/energy-sensitive friend described a dark figure that seems to stay hidden around me.

Recently, a friend I hadn't properly spoken to in over 10 years suddenly messaged me after seeing my tarot collection. He said he saw a male-looking shadow looming over me and warned me to be careful. I'll attach our conversation (first two screenshots).

None of these people know or have spoken to each other. They're also from different countries, since I grew up in different places, which is why the similarities surprised me so much.

I also asked my mentor, who works with Anubis. His perspective was that dark doesn't necessarily mean evil and that I shouldn't immediately assume something negative (last and only different-lookung screenshot).

I don't think Hekate caused any of this because these experiences were reported long before I started working with her.

Has anyone experienced something similar, especially while working with Hekate? How would you approach or interpret this?

Dark presence around me before working with Hekate?
