Anyone else wish they could take naps on lamotrigine?

I’m almost 6 months postpartum and I’m back on my lamotrigine after trying briviact. What a nightmare that was with the mood side effects…

Anyways I desperately wish I could take a nap with my baby during the day.. I’ll lay down for an entire hour and not actually fall asleep. Anyone have any tactics they use to fall asleep after taking your morning dose?

I consume THC (it doesn’t trigger seizures for me)… but even that doesn’t work
