Lease Takeover

I have an apartment lease I can’t get out of at a pretty brand new complex off Dixie Drive. Lease starts on Thursday 10th so it’s available immediately and goes through October of next year. I’ve not even moved in yet, and probably won’t, but shit changed and they said no take backs without sacrificing my first born. Corporations are people too, but not in this case.

So if you want a beautiful 1 bdrm apartment with balcony let’s do a lease transfer. I will pay you $1000 toward your first month’s rent which is $1400, just to make it appealing and do asap. Must meet in person probably at their office. Grandview Apts.
