Help me decide between these 3

Which laptop would you choose? €1,000–€1,200 budget
I’m looking for a laptop mainly for League of Legends + Blender for game development. I currently have an MSI Katana (i7-11800H + RTX 3050) and I’m considering these upgrades:
Samsung Galaxy Book3 Ultra — €1,000
Intel Core i9-13900H
RTX 4070 8GB
32GB RAM
1TB SSD
16” 3K (2880×1800) AMOLED, 120Hz
~1.79kg
Premium thin/light chassis
Non-touch
Concern: cooling / relatively low GPU power due to thin chassis
Best screen and lightweight. Good for bed? But maybe gets hot and loud with only 2 small fans.
ASUS ROG Strix — €1,000
Intel Core i9
RTX 4070 8GB but this one is 140w and the samsung galaxy is ~50w
16 RAM less than the samsung
Gaming-oriented cooling
Not great screen but good for gaming
Likely much better sustained performance than the Book3 Ultra
Heavier/bulkier
Not sure about the exact display configuration yet
HP OMEN — €1,200
Ryzen AI 7
RTX 5070
Better cooling than thin laptops
Likely plastic chassis/ less premium feel?
Not great screen
More powerful/future-proof GPU
