Best areas for a Black 26F w car?

Sorry to add to the noise but i don't know many people in the area. I'll be working in logan(?) near Wakefield Park and philly hs for girls. I have a car and cant get rid of it because pretty much all jobs on my field require driving. Right now I have some housing options in:

Hartranft near temple campus

roxborough/manayunk near ivy ridge station(has paid garage parking as option)

roxborough near the roxborough high school

near university city

upper fish town

Belmont hills

The prices are around the same with university city and fishtown being the most. All have roommates. My top concerns is car safety/parking and not being too far removed. I would like to explore the arts scene and night life to make friends. All the areas seem like good options i just wanted second opinions on safety and quality of living from locals. And honestly what is the likely hood of having my car stolen or broken? Or does do philly subs dramatize the stats a bit?
