InboxLink: attach email conversations to HaloPSA tickets from Outlook [Mod approved]

Hi everyone, I'm Sebastian. I work as a project engineer at an MSP and have been building InboxLink in my spare time. It's a paid, independent Outlook add-in for HaloPSA.

I got frustrated with Halo not having their own native Outlook add-in so I decided to build my own.

The problem I wanted to solve was keeping customer conversations in Outlook connected to the right Halo ticket, without repeatedly copying emails across. An older version is used internally at the MSP I work at, and I've since been building the hosted product for other teams.

With InboxLink, you can:

• Search for an existing Halo ticket from Outlook, with filters for customer, assignee and status.

• Attach the email conversation to that ticket and keep subsequent replies synced.

• Create a new Halo ticket from an email.

• Choose a private note when the content is just for your team.

There's a workflow walkthrough on the website, along with the setup guide: https://inboxlink.app

Pricing is per Microsoft organisation, based on the number of people using InboxLink:

• Starter: £15/month for up to 5 users.

• Team: £49/month for up to 30 users.

• Business: £89/month for up to 60 users.

• Larger teams: contact for volume pricing.

The plans include a 14-day free pilot with no card required. HaloPSA licensing is separate. Full pricing: https://inboxlink.app/pricing

Launch offer: use INBOXLINK50 for 50% off any subscription tier for 12 months from redemption. Limited to the first five companies that sign up. After the discount period, normal plan pricing applies.

If this fits a workflow your team deals with, you're welcome to take a look. I'll be around to answer product and setup questions in the comments.

Disclosure: I build and sell InboxLink. It's not affiliated with or endorsed by Halo or Microsoft.
