Flying with cards?

Hey all, I’m gonna be flying back from a visit and I’ll be bringing some of my cards with me and I want to make sure I handle them the best way I can.

My original thought is to get a binder and put the bigger hits in and take it with me in my backpack, and then with the stuff like <$10 put into a storage box and wrap it up and put it in my checked bag.

Would love some recs or advice on this!
