Best way to see prompt vs tokens used?

No matter what the model is Id like to know the tokens to prompt usage so I can tweak my prompt and make them more efficient, and I feel that there is a lot of smoke in the mirrors and antigravity does not give you that information.

Has anyone figured out a good way to see this?
