Stalk with Tzeentch

Is there a way to give stalk to your heroes as Tzeentch except putting them in the Changeling army?

Many factions have a stalk item but Tzeentch doesn't seem to have one (except the unique purple everyone gets) so there is no way to build a flying army with a Cultist on a Warshrine on the ground for infinite winds. Warshrines can't hide in forests so he really needs stalk.
