Guys unsay BPO company nga "mupalit" ug experience?

Hello! I am 34 yrs old and still working as CSR in a BPO in Cebu. Currently has 9 yrs of experience already. I am actually planning to apply to another company that has Sales account, however, I am not sure which BPO company that has a great salary package, cool perks and mostly would buy my experience. I am not sure if it is a real thing jud nga naay BPO company nga mu palit sa imong experience but hoping naa, lols. Anyway, hoping for any answer mga bisayang redditors. Thanks!
