living in a tier 2 city sucks

im from a tier 2 city and the crowd here sucks. i had to join a music academy just to find 1-2 good people. that i left because of some reasons. da crowd in my school is crazy and be blabbering the weirdest things so i switched to dummy, and youd get bullied just for having basic fashion sense. my irl interaction is cooked chat. what should i do?
