Hiring: Client Hunter / Business Development – Remote or On-Site

We’re looking for a motivated Client Hunter / Business Development Executive to help us grow our client base, primarily in the US construction market.
The role involves identifying potential clients, reaching out through calls/messages/email, building relationships, following up with prospects, and converting them into long-term clients.
What we’re looking for:
Strong spoken and written English
Confident communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable with cold calling and outreach
Sales/business development experience is preferred
Construction industry experience is a plus
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Able to work independently and consistently follow up
