Looking for a Hair Stylist for Men’s Curtains

Hiya, I’ve had no luck at barber shops in Victoria trying to preserve some swoopy curtains on a medium length men’s cut. Any recommendations? I think I’d prefer to see a stylist over a barber at this point.
