Dexterity lowered.

Im new to the game ( kinda , got 6-7 hours in it ) , and im rolling a mage . And my dexterity used to be 8 , which was cool. But after i went out of some huge sewers in tarant , its all of a sudden 5. I checked for curses and injuries , and thats not it . Tried going completly naked ,and it still remains 5 . I dont know the heck is wrong with this.
