Cosmo jrtrack - stay away!
I decided to give Cosmo a try for my son’s first watch. 30 day money back guarantee after all! Watch arrived fine, and worked for just a few days. GPS tracking was horrible. At least my son could call and text me. Until, he couldn’t.
Watch suddenly unpaired itself and when I went to re-pair it, the parent portal showed I had no plan! It required me to sign up for another plan.
Customer service told me last week they added me to a master list of customers this has happened to, but it’s been almost a week and still, Watch doesn’t work.
Good thing I have 30 days to try it risk free! Except, I have to pay $8 to ship it back and I don’t get refunded the $15 activation fee! Imagine, if thousands of people paid you $15 for nothing; pretty great business plan!
Don’t be tempted like I was to try this company.
T-Mobile has a promo right now: Apple Watch SE for
Free with a $15/mo watch plan. This is the way to go for my family.
