Tank reload bug?

i have had a couple of times now when using the tank where it just decides that i can't reload the main gun, still have 30 rounds, try to reload after a single shot, can't ever reload at all, my teammate tries to enter my tank, he can't reload it either, he got the same bug on the same mission, a defense, with the two tanks de-gunned, the mission was lost, any idea on the mechanism of this bug? tank is almost unusable right now for us, but we have not seen any other post about it

i would try to add an image, but it would be just a tank with no bullet on the chamber and ammo left, i see no visual indicators of anything special going on.

any idea what is going on?
