Looking for dine-in coffee shops that roast their beans in-house

As the title says, I am seeking coffee shops that that roast in-house; coffee shops with good drip or pour-over coffee. I'm not interested espresso or any frilly drinks. I want a place that the main aroma is coffee not sugary syrups or treats.

Snohomish / Monroe / Lake Steven's / Marysville / downtown Everett areas to start exploring but willing to go further south.

I just want to sit with a good cup of coffee and a book.
