May Thurner, popliteal vasc compression

Hi All
This has been confirmed for me after two years of persistence symptoms by CT angiogram. Would greatly appreciate suggestions from others who also have POTs and require a vascular team who are highly familiar and skilled with these diagnoses. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions ( or “ stay away from “) in the northeast United States.
